Usage Note 20330: Unable to delete table with a persistent ACL

If you have a SPD Server table with a persistent ACL, even an administrator with ACLSPECIAL=YES will not be able to delete the table. Trying to delete the table produces the following error:
ERROR: ACL persistence attributes do not match.
