Usage Note 20175: Message indicates when an index scan is used

A note now appears in the SPD Server log file to indicate when a metascan has been used to resolve an aggregate query. A metascan indicates that the table has not been read to resolve the query, and metadata was used instead. The message is as follows:
SPDS_NOTE: Metascan used to resolve this query.
