Usage Note 20164: SPD Server 4.4 LDAP authentication hangs the server when an invalid userid or password is issued

If you configure SPD Server 4.4 to use LDAP authentication, the server will hang on the next LIBNAME connection after a connection that fails due to an invalid username or password.
