Problem Note 20049: If contacts are not at the root subject level when you optimize
campaigns or communications the process fails
If you optimize a SAS® Marketing Automation campaign within SAS®
Marketing Optimization and the subject level of the contacts within
one of the communications is not at the root subject level, then the
process fails.
To prevent this failure, ensure that all communications to be optimized
are at the root subject level.
