Problem Note 20831: DBCS characters are not handled properly by SAS Web Applications
DBCS characters might not be handled properly by SAS Web Applications.
When adding a SAS Information Delivery Portal page with DBCS characters
in the name, the page might not save the DBCS characters properly. This
might also be seen when saving a report in SAS Web Report Studio or
doing a data exploration from the Visual Data Explorer.
