Problem Note 20739: An error occurs when you allocate the SQLDAT file externally during
Oracle bulk loading under z/OS
If you allocate the SQLDAT file externally (via MVS job control
language) when you use Oracle to bulk load under z/OS, the software
attempts to delete and deassign the file at the end of the process. As a
result, you will receive the following error message:
ERROR: Logical name SQLDAT assigned but not in current scope
The load completes successfully, but because of the error, the process
terminates before some storage areas have been freed.
