Problem Note 20686: Read Access Violation may occur with experimental ASSESS statement and
PH option in the presence of the STRATA statement
When using the experimental ASSESS statement with the PH option, a Read
Access Violation error may occur when fitting a stratified model via the
STRATA statement in PROC PHREG.
There is no circumvention for this problem other than removing either
the ASSESS statement and/or the STRATA statement. Removing the STRATA
statement may cause the error to disappear, but doing so fits an
unstratified model.
