Problem Note 20647: Unable to open information maps in SAS® Enterprise Guide® after applying SAS server bundle
You might be unable to open an information map in SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1. This will most likely occur after applying Base SAS hot fix bundle E9BX01. An error similar to the following will be generated when attempting to open an information map:
"SASMAIN or other Server Name" does not meet the minimum server software requirements for Information Map access.
To circumvent the problem apply hot fix 41EG05 or later to the client machine from this URL:
