Problem Note 20551: Web browser will not retain a non-English locale under certain conditions
When you implement single sign-on to be able to run SAS® Web Report

to English if you have configured your Web browser in a language other
than English (for example, French) and in the following situation:
- Connect to the SAS Information Delivery Portal.
- Click on the SAS Web Report Studio link.
SAS Web Report Studio is displayed in the
language in which you configured the Web browser.
- Go back to the SAS Information Delivery Portal.
- Disconnect from the SAS Information Delivery Portal.
- In the same Web browser session, connect again
to the SAS Information Delivery Portal.
- Click on the SAS Web Report Studio link. SAS Web Report
Studio is now displayed in English.
This problem was introduced by hot fix 31CITATNWEB05, which solved the
issue documented in SAS Note 018804.
To circumvent this problem, close your Web browser session before you
