If you submit SAS ACCESS TO DB2 code on a machine where SAS ACCESS TO
DB2 is not licensed or not installed, the following error messages will
appear in the SAS Log:

ERROR: The DB2 engine cannot be found.

ERROR: A Connection to the DB2 DBMS is not currently supported,
       or is not installed at your site.

This error message also would be seen in a local SAS Log when all the
following conditions are true:

a) attempting to use SAS/CONNECT to remote submit SAS/ACCESS to DB2 code
b) the remote SAS/CONNECT session has been disconnected or is
   unavailable
c) and SAS/ACCESS to DB2 is not licensed on the SAS/CONNECT client
   (local) machine
