The CDF, SDF, and QUANTILE functions might return a missing value for small values of the third argument to the function, the shape parameter A. The size of the argument required to encounter this problem depends on the other arguments to the function. However, typically a value smaller than .0001 tends to cause the problem to occur.
There is no circumvention for the problem with the QUANTILE function. To cirvumvent the problem with the CDF or SDF functions, use the log versions of these functions (LOGCDF and LOGSDF).
