Problem Note 20208: The ACCESS=READONLY option in the CATNAME statement is not working
correctly
When using the ACCESS=READONY option in the CATNAME statement with an
implicit catalog concatenation within and explicit concatenation, only
the catalog in the first level of the implicit concatenation is being
marked as read-only.
If multiple processes are running in a step, a catalog may be locked
with an update open because the read-only option is not being honored.
This problem is corrected in SAS® 9.2.
