If you attempt to use the META engine to assign a LIBNAME defined in
your SAS metadata repository, you must execute the code in an
environment that has access to the physical location of the data.
Otherwise you will receive the following message:

   Note:  Library xxxxxx does not exist.

If your workspace server, stored process server, or SAS session do not
run on the same physical machine as the data are stored (but do run on
the same operating system) you must either share the data's parent
folder (Windows platforms) or store the data in an NFS-mounted directory
(on Unix).

In any other situation, in order to access data on another machine using
the META engine, you must define the library in SAS Management Console
using Remote Library Services (RLS) with SAS/SHARE.
