When drilling through to the detail data for a SAS OLAP cube, you might
unexpectedly receive an empty drillthrough table result. This can happen
if you have a format specified whose width is not wide enough to contain
the formatted value.  This is incorrect because it gives the impression
that no data exists.

PROC PRINT generates this note when it encounters a data set with this
type of format:

   NOTE: At least one W.D format was too small for the number to be
   printed. The decimal may be shifted by the "BEST" format.

If you review the SAS log from the cube build, you see the following
note that would give a clue as to the format being the cause of the
problem.

   NOTE: Formatting exceptions occurred during data classification for
   variable <varname>. The format width was probably too small for one
   or more of the values.
