Usage Note 19975: Javascript errors and empty text box when selecting Change Navigation from Options menu with Russian language settings

If you have Russian locale in the language settings of the SAS® Information Delivery Portal preferences and you go to Options -> Change Navigation, you might get a series of JavaScript errors. Also, when the Change Navigation wizard displays, the large text box which says "Use the up and down arrows..." might be empty.
