Problem Note 19949: Exporting metadata with a SAS® Metadata Bridge from SAS® Management Console might cause an error

When you export metadata with the SAS Metadata Bridge from the SAS Management to an en_US locale, you might receive the following error:
Error Writing Metadata: Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence
This problem occurs if you create the metadata and its libraries using a double-byte character set (DBCS).
