Problem Note 19922: A problem has been encountered on the server, [Fatal Error]:1:1:Content is not allowed in prolog
When SAS® Enterprise Miner™ has been open for a prolonged
period of time, it might become unresponsive. If you try to open results
or perform another action within the interface it might not respond at
all. Often a dialog box might be presented with the following error:
Application Error:
A problem has been encountered on the server
The log file on the client might report:
Insufficient memory to read EMSERVERWORKSPACE
Other symptoms might occur such as out of memory errors or java errors.
In most cases, the SAS® Analytics Platform log reports:
[Fatal Error] :1:1: Content is not allowed in prolog
Memory leaks on the server cause the session to run out of memory and
the client loses the connection to the session.
