Usage Note 19880: Put the correct SAS® Anti-Money Laundering version number in SASML.WAR's manifest file

The SAS Anti-Money Laundering (AML) release version will be in the SASAML.WAR manifest file to insure the correct version is deployed on the server. In the build.properties file the following line is added:
build.version=21AML01
The 21AML01 is an example for AML version 2.1.
