Problem Note 19668: An undefined catalog START_SHARE generates an error message in the Scenario Administrator when the calendar utility is invoked

The catalog SASHELP.MNYUTIL is not defined in the START_SHARE.SAS program. As a result, an error message appears in the Scenario Administrator when the calendar utility is invoked.
