In PROC HPFRECONCILE, the contraints in the CONSTAINT= data set are ignored if the length of the _NAME_ variable in the COSTRAINT= data set is not the same as the length of the _NAME_ variable in the DISDATA= data set.
To circumvent this problem, make sure that these variables have the same length.
