Usage Note 19610: Bypassing the Execution Options window when running a stored
process from the SAS® Information Delivery Portal
When you run a stored process from the SAS Information Delivery Portal, the Execution Options
window usually displays before the stored process is run. You can bypass the Execution Options
window and run the stored process immediately by using the following approach:
-
Modify your InfrastructureContent.xml file for your Information Delivery Portal.
For example, if you are running the Tomcat server in the Windows environment, then the
InfrastructureContent.xml file should be at a location that is similar to the following location:
C:\Tomcat4.1\webapps\Portal\WEB-INF\content\InfrastructureContent.xml
Change _action=form,properties to _action=form,execute
-
Restart your Web server.
Note: Do not create a backup copy of the InfrastructureContent.xml file in the directory where the InfrastructureContent.xml file resides because the backup might be used instead of the InfrastructureContent.xml file.
