Problem Note 19574: A Read Access Violation might occur when running PROC HPFENGINE with the
STOCHASTIC statement
If there is only one nonmissing observation and the STOCHASTIC
statement is used when running an ARIMAX model in PROC HPFENGINE,
a Read Access Violation might occur and system processing might stop.
