Problem Note 19509: Future values of stochastic input variables might be ignored after the date specified in the HORIZONSTART= option in PROC HPFENGINE

When both the STOCHASTIC statement and the HORIZONSTART= option are specified, future values of stochastic input variables supplied by the user are ignored after the date specified in the HORIZONSTART= option. The values are overwritten by forecasted values.

Only happens with stochastic statement + horizonstart=. OK w/o horizonstart=, OK with the INPUT statement.
