Usage Note 19305: Unable to create foundation repository within SAS® Management Console
when not logged in using sasadm account
When performing a SAS® Forecast Server installation,
you might see messages similar to the following in your metadata server log file:
GetRepositories return code=807fe994....
There are no repositories registered for this server.
AddMetadata return code=807fe8f4....
The user does not have permission to perform this action.

These messages will usually appear if you are not logged into SAS®
Management Console under the sasadm account when creating the
foundation repository.
To circumvent these message, log in to SAS Management Console using
the sasadm account to create the foundation repository.
