Usage Note 19300: "RegAsm.exe - Fatal error. CLR error: 80070000b. The program will now terminate" might be seen when installing the SAS in quiet mode
When you install SAS in Quiet Mode on a Terminal Server you might
receive the following error:
C:\WinNT\Micros~1.NET\FRAMEW~1\V11~1.432\RegAsm.exe
RegAsm.exe - fatal error
CLR error: 8007000b.
The program will now terminate.
If this happens, exit your quiet install and manually install the
Microsoft .NET Framework. To do this insert the System Requirements CD
or point to the srwizard1cd directory if you have a SAS Software Depot.
Then go to the redist\dotnet directory and perform the installation from
there.
