Problem Note 19231: JAVAOBJ component object fails to free semaphores

On z/OS, the JAVAOBJ component object does not delete its semaphores at program termination. Thus, subsequent uses of JAVAOBJ may eventually exhaust semaphore resources.
This problem is corrected in SAS® 9.2.
