When issuing a LIBNAME statement for Sybase and then accessing the Sybase table in PROC APPEND using bulkcopy, the bcp utility may return an error which SAS/ACCESS Interface to Sybase reports as a warning. The message will resemble:

libname syblib sybase user=user_name password=password server=DB_SERVER database=DB_NAME; proc append base=syblib.sybase_table(bulkcopy=yes) data=data_set; run;
