Problem Note 19015: Numeric and character metadata generation for SAS® Marketing Automation returns zero counts

If another SAS solution such as SAS® Financial Management, SAS® Supplier Performance Management or SAS® Human Capital Management is deployed, and you attempt to generate metadata for SAS Marketing Automation using the Information Map metadata function within the SAS® Management Console Marketing Automation plug-ins, the metadata tables will not contain any data when the process completes.
You must install the hot fix for each SAS solution that is installed on your system to completely implement this fix. For example, if you have SAS Marketing Automation and SAS Financial Management installed, the hot fix for each of these products must be installed.
