If you assign a library to a database management system (DBMS) using a
LIBNAME statement and any access engine, the NOQUOTELENMAX option will
be invalid. The value of the option will still be NOQUOTELENMAX.;
however, you will receive the following warning message:

   WARNING: The quoted string currently being processed has become more
   than 262 characters long. You may have unbalanced quotation marks.
