Usage Note 19798: Incorrect Date values inserted during data type conversion with MYSQL
Using SAS/ACCESS to MYSQL to insert an invalid timestamp and year value
will result in incorrect data being inserted.
Inserting an invalid timestamp will insert NULLS because the conversion
can't be done. If an invalid year value is inserted the conversion can
be done, but the incorrect value is inserted.
