Problem Note 19579: Logging Service causes a memory leak under WebSphere 6.0.2.15 and 6.0.2.19

Deploying a SAS web application or solution that uses the SAS® 9.1.3 Foundation Services Logging Service under WebSphere Application Server 6.0.2.15 or 6.0.2.19 may produce an Out Of Memory condition in WebSphere due to a memory leak. The following error may also occur every 5 minutes in the WebSphere log:
