Problem Note 19541: The REPLICATETRANSACTION macro in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering fails when the transaction key is larger than 8. format
When the value for TRANSACTION_KEY is larger than 8.
format, the REPLICATETRANSACTION.SAS code fails to update the triggering
transactions. This problem has been resolved by setting the format to (BEST.).

If the transaction key is larger than the 8. format, the REPLICATETRANSACTION macro will fail.
