Problem Note 19469: Could not restore list of projects error when you create or open a project

When using SAS® Enterprise Miner™, you might receive the following message
when you attempt to open an existing project or create a new project:

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
Error: Could not restore list of projects
This message indicates that the connection between SAS® Analytics Platform and the metadata server has been interrupted.
To correct this problem, restart SAS Analytics Platform.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
