Problem Note 19389: A read access violation or segmentation violation occurs with WC_NORMALIZE_WATCH_LIST_DATA
The staged table that is created in WC_NORMALIZE_WATCH_LIST_DATA is
incorrectly named STAGED_WATCH_LIST_COUNTRY_DIM. The next programs in
the normalize process, WC_LOAD_LOCATION_WATCH_LIST and
WC_UPD_LOCATION_WATCH_LIST, are expecting the table to be named
STAGED_LOCATION_WATCH_LIST_DIM.
