You might have a corrupt SAS Installation Data (SID) file if you receive
the following error message when you access your SAS 9.1.3 SID during a
SAS installation or when you renew your SAS license through the Renew
SAS Software wizard:

   SAS Installation Data file selected is invalid

You need to replace the corrupted SID. To resend SAS Installation Data
file go to:
   http://support.sas.com/adminservices-SID

You will need the following information to complete the download:

   1. SAS Installation Key: You can find the installation key on the
      Software Order Information page in your SAS installation
      package.

   2. Order number: This number is also on the Software Order
      Information page in your installation package.
      NOTE: Be sure to leave this field blank to get the latest
      SID file.

   3. The E-mail address to which you want your license sent.

After you submit this information, a new copy of your SID file will be
generated and will be mailed to the E-mail address you provide.
