Usage Note 19063: "STP: Assignment of Stream Fileref _WEBOUT Failed" error message for SAS® Stored Process Server
When you run the SAS® Stored Process Server, if you issue a FILENAME
statement for "_WEBOUT" in the Stored Process Server's autoexec file
(appserver_autoexec.sas), the following error message appears when you
submit a request to the Stored Process Server:
STP: Assignment of Stream Fileref _WEBOUT Failed
If you see this error message, look at your "appserver_autoexec.sas"
file and verify that it does not contain a "FILENAME _WEBOUT"
statement.

Additional Troubleshooting Information
If you specify the "iomlevel=3 applevel=3" parameters for your SAS
Stored Process Server, you will see output that is similar to the
following in your Stored Process Server's log file. (That is, under
"Server Manager" in SAS® Management Console, for your Stored Process
Server, specify the values "iomlevel=3 applevel=3" as the "Object Server
Parameters" to activate debugging.
