In some instances, the SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office does not get the correct DNS Host name for the SAS Workspace Server from the metadata (as it should). Instead, the DNS Host name comes from the workspace connection.
This problem might surface when data sets or cubes are opened into pivot tables, then subsequent server connection changes are made. The SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office should honor the new server connection information when refreshed. The Refresh action replaces the workspace connection information with the metadata information, which provides the correct Host name.
