The WingDings font might not work properly with the Asian Language versions of SAS 9.1.3. Here is the sample code that illustrates the problem:

Note that the output does not display any symbols, and no warning or error messages are generated.
This problem occurs only with DBCS versions of SAS 9.1.3, including Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
