Problem Note 18796: MDX iif functions that return null values might incorrectly return empty result sets

After enabling the NonEmptyCrossjoin Optimization, queries that contain calculated members using the IIF function might return empty result sets. This might occur if the structure of the IIF function is the following:
IIF(<condition>, NULL, <expression>)
