Problem Note 18769: PROC EXPORT fails for DBMS=JMP with floating point error on the Windows platform

When using PROC EXPORT to generate a JMP® file and the SAS® data set that is used with the procedure has user-defined formats, PROC EXPORT fails with a floating point exception.
