Usage Note 18560: You may be able to add new libraries in user mode in SAS® Enterprise Guide® 4.1

When you are in 'User Mode' in the SAS Enterprise Guide Explorer window, you can add new libraries if you right-click on the libraries object in the tree view, and then select 'New Library'.
In 'User Mode' you should not be able to add new libraries.
