Problem Note 18548: Error: TRANSACTION data set observatoins does not exist on MASTER data

When using SAS® Sourcing Data Quality software, and specifying the
context attribute, the following error may be generated:
ERROR: The TRANSACTION data set observation does not exist on the
MASTER data set.
ERROR: No matching observation was found in MASTER data set.
