Usage Note 18537: SAS® Enterprise Guide® 4.1 experiences errors connecting to a SAS Metadata
Server with SAS/SECURE™
When you use SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1 to access a SAS Metadata Server
with SAS/SECURE and the encryption level is set to 'everything', the
following error may occur:
SAS.EG.SDS.SDSException
Required metadata [EncryptLevel] missing or invalid for Server
