When you use SAS Enterprise Guide 4.1 with SAS/SECURE software to access a SAS Metadata Server and the encryption level is set to everything, the following error can occur:
SAS.EG.SDS.SDSException Required metadata [EncryptLevel] missing or invalid for Server
