In SAS Marketing Optimization, when you try to validate project input data that has come from SAS Marketing Automation, you might get an Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) failure.
In SAS Marketing Automation, if the subject_ID field is defined as a character field, then the software incorrectly creates the output table that feeds into SAS Marketing Optimization. This behavior causes the ETL failure error when you try to validate project input data.
However, If the subject_ID field is defined as numeric, then the output table is created correctly and you can successfully validate project input data that was created in SAS Marketing Automation.
