Problem Note 18472: HTML results might not display correctly for Cluster Analysis in SAS® Enterprise Guide®

The HTML results generated by the Cluster Analysis task in SAS Enterprise Guide might not display correctly. This will most likely happen when the HTML results include Chinese characters and the graphics device is set to ActiveX.
To circumvent the problem, go to Tools ► Options ► Results ► Graph ► and change the Graph Format to GIF. Then rerun the Cluster Analysis task.
