Problem Note 18227: Syntax checking not provided for SAS System option UTILLOC=
Syntax checking is currently not provided for the the SAS System
option UTILLOC=. This means that any incorrect or mispelled parameters
provided when using this option will not generate the appropriate
error or warning message. Instead, the following message will appear
in the SAS Log:
ERROR: Utility file open failed.
This problem will be corrected in a future release.
