Problem Note 18200: FLOW option on DEFINE statement may cause system error
The FLOW option on the DEFINE statement may cause a system specific
error message such as SEGMENTATION VIOLATION, or READ ACCESS VIOLATION.
This is intermittent and might affect any output DESTINATION.
The only workaround is to remove the FLOW option.
