Usage Note 18138: Comment alerts set using Document Manager on Web Report Studio reports are not sent when comments are made

When a user edits the properties of a SAS® Web Report Studio report from the Document Manager in the Portal, and specifies to be alerted when a comment is made, the alert is not being sent once a comment is made on that report.
