Problem Note 18053: Failed events are sometimes written to the alert history
With SAS® Anti-Money Laundering it is possible for two users to attempt
to check out an alert at the same time. Only one will get the alert,
but the alert history will show that both users checked it out even
though the second attempt failed.
Select the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
