One or both of the following error messages may be issued when using SAS/ACCESS^® Interface to MySQL to access a table with a LONGTEXT or LONGBLOB data type using SAS 9.1.3 Service Pack 4. This problem does not occur with SAS^® 9.1.3 Service Pack 3.

  ERROR: Numeric expression requires numeric format.

  ERROR: Length of the numeric variable content must be between 3 and 8.
